DISCLAIMER: Please note that we can take no responsibility for the permanent availability of the service. In particular we exclude any liability for incurred damage, lost profit, or similar, as a result of the dysfunction of our service.

Within our general policy to balance interests appropriately, we hereby further exclude any refund of money in case of unforeseen shutdown of our service due to technical or external circumstances, as long as already more than 6 months of the respective subscription period have passed. For younger subscriptions we reserve the right to refund money appropriately (at our discretion).
